Probate (Administration of Estates)         
The process by which when a person dies, their money, property and possessions are
 collected in, debts settled and the balance paid to the people entitled to it.

    Beesons offers two distinct levels of service:

    Full Probate     Includes:
           -   Preparation of the Estate Accounts;
           -   Obtaining the Grant of Representation (Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration, whichever is
               required); and
           -   Administering the estate.

    Probate Lite     Entails:
           -   Obtaining the Grant of Representation (Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration) to enable the
               personal representative(s) of the deceased to administer the estate.

    There is a fixed fee of £590 (inclusive of VAT) for the Probate Lite service. Charges for the Full Probate
    service vary according to the size of the estate and work involved.
