       Please note:- A house marketed for sale on or after 21st May 2010 no longer requires a Home
       Information Pack (HIP). A seller must, however, provide an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC).
       Beesons can arrange an EPC at a cost of £50.00 (inclusive of VAT).
